Cycling from light to darkness does not "wear out" the phosphorescent feature. Will glow for up to 8 hours after darkness occurs. Very visible in normal lighting. Methods of Excitation: Incandescent, flourescent and black light as well as direct/indirect sunlight. MATERIALS: Non-radioactive, non-toxic phosphorescent material used to achieve "glow".
