Each assembly has steel traction fingers and 9.5″ polyurethane finger discs on a support shank. Angled in, Finger Weeders turn together, gently agitating the soil near the crop and uprooting thread-stage weeds. For use on many established crops, including brassicas, lettuce, and especially carrots. For greatest efficiency, use in conjunction with other attachments, such as Preci-Discs, for concurrent in-row and inter-row weeding.
